Hello Space is available for Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Windows Server starting with version 2008 R2. It is not possible to use Hello Space with a TV or a wireless speaker.
If your device gets lost, you can always access your files from our website or the mobile app. You may also want to order a new device, you will recover your files automatically on the your first login.
You can access your files using our website. A mobile app will also be available by the end of 2019.
Unless you have shared a file with a link, you are the only one who can access your files. We use an end-to-end encryption, which ensures that your device is locked, even if it gets lost. The access to your device is protected by your password.
All your data on is encrypted with a key derived from your password. Hello Space does not have access to your password or your data. We leave you in charge of managing your cryptographic keys.
You can create a secure link to share any of your files.
Your files are synchronized as soon as the host computer is connected to the Internet. If there are any pending synchronizations, they will be performed the next time you connect to the Internet.
A flash drive provides portability and security: you don't need to install any software; its use does not leave any footprint compared to a webrowser (Cookies, etc.).
There is no scheduled date for Hello Space to be available on macOS. However, it is possible to access and manage your files from Safari or the iOS app.
